Even in the moments when an on looker may think I don’t have much I still do. What I am thankful today isn’t just having food but also the low days. I don’t know about you but I always find that the curried chicken always seems sweeter when it’s all I got to make. Not to mention that leftover mixture,  Damn that good!!!

So I thank God that He made me this way, you know.  A person who finds the simplicity fun and I am a little crazy so not much bothers me.  Indeed great are his mercies towards me, always providing for me, oh how Great Is Our God.
