Hey guys,

I was just thinking, how does one Love thy Neighbour? I mean we are supposed to right? Now I don’t necessarily mean the person living next door. I mean people in general (neighbours).

I have always been someone who is happy with the people in my circle. This doesn’t mean that I do not like people oh no. I love people love meeting new folks and all that, interacting is ma thing and being social also.

However we all have a few people who seem to have been there forever and we stick to them like clue yeah? We love them with all our hearts and would do anything for them.

But what about the others? That chick next door who just gets on your last nerve, The postmistress with a snappy attitude, The busy  pedestrian that just pushes you out of the way without even a second glance.

How do you love them? I don’t mean tolerate them because you know you have to, or secretly wish they get hit by a bus then go home and pray for forgiveness. No…

I am talking of truly loving them according to how its expected of you.

Matthew 22:35-39

King James Version (KJV) Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

As myself? Really?? I gotta do that? But that’s hard?

Yeah I agree that’s real tricky stuff right there but i figure its doable or it wouldn’t be expected.

So I have always been polite, enthusiastic and optimistic. Hence I usually blame bad behaviour on bad manners and all that.

Now I have a new goal, and that is to try or better yet practice this whole Love Thy Neighbour (as myself) business. I already know its gonna be a trying endeavour but it cant all be easy, right?

I am Destiny Brown saying, Love Thy Neighbour, Yeah?

Hi Destiny, it’s been a while, it’s so good to read you because I’ve been a bit down this days, reading you really cheers me up, now I can’t really tell you a lot about the people around me, but I can tell you that I’ve learned that if I can’t get along with someone, at least I try not to harm that person, cheers I’ll be waiting for your next post, bye

Hey Mil, I am happy that being here helped improve your mood. I also agree with the do no harm thing as well. And hopefully I will see you soon. Cheers
