In 2014, our founder started freelancing as a virtual assistant—juggling clients, deadlines, and growing responsibilities. By 2016, she had added project management to her plate and was leading client teams across multiple industries. But as her workload grew, so did the chaos.

By 2018, she began building systems just to survive—and realized that no business can scale without clarity. The hard truth hit: delegation without documentation is just expensive micromanagement.

In 2020, she launched her first agency model—but without documented processes, burnout came fast. It wasn’t until she created her first full SOP library for a long-term client that she saw the real impact: her client could finally hire, scale, and breathe.

By 2021, she pivoted to focus solely on systems and operations—and Systems Savvy Co. was born.
